In addition, Bus, Baggage, Laundry, Tuck and Taxes are applicable for all sessions.
| Deposit | A DEPOSIT of $1000.00 is required with each application. (New family's deposit is not cashed until the child is accepted at camp.) |

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable less an administrative fee of $250.00 if the application is withdrawn prior to March 1st.
During the month of March, $500.00 of the deposit is refundable.
After April 1st, the entire deposit is forfeited.
BALANCE OF FEES IS DUE ON MAY 1st, 2009.
Provincial Sales Tax and GST applicable to all sessions.
Regretfully, we cannot accept credit card payment or post-dated cheques.
Fees include one cabin photo.
